Announcing: Len's Journal Volume 3 Issue 2

Len’s Journal Volume 3 Issue 2 is our next issue, to be published in May 2023.

We are deviating slightly from the norm with the next issue of Len’s Journal. All the photographers featured attended Len and Shirley’s ‘Abstract Retreat’. This was a week-long retreat in the Blue Mountains in Australia where the participants totally got away from it all and were able to focus purely on their photography. With teaching and guidance from Len and Shirley, and a drop in zoom session with Doug Chinnery (watch this space as Doug will be featuring in Volume 3 issue 3!), the seeds were sown for some really compelling work and so, we could not resist gathering it together and presenting it here for you.

Anissa Lawrence (www.tierramar.com.au) delights us with her sensitive approach to photographing flowers, with glorious results.

Shirley Steel, (https://shirleysteel.com) shares her light and airy monochrome abstracts.

Clair Reynolds (https://www.clairreynolds.com) shares her abstracted infrared waratahs.

Len Metcalf (https://lenmetcalf.com) shares his love of flowers and continues his exploration of colour and abstract photography.
