Suellen’s whimsical treehouses just get more compelling the more you look at them. There is so much detail, so many things to find, each one is a treasure trove. We just absolutely love them and cannot wait to see them printed in the Journal.

Len says: “I still have the fondest memories of the old twisted plum tree in our back yard at Leura where I grew up. There was a couple of pieces of wood in it, that made seats. That was my favourite spot to sit and enjoy some time in my own world. Those two pieces of wood and that glorious tree were my tree house, and my escape. Suellen’s beautiful work invites me into that same imaginary world I had as a child. I can only hope you will transformed back into the imaginary world you had a as child. This series is enchanting, just like the trees that they are built in”.

Thank you, Suellen, for sharing your gorgeous work with us. To see more of Suellen’s work, please visit: https://www.suellensaideecook.com.au
