introducing: Shirley Steel

Len first met Shirley when she enrolled in his inaugural Photography Master Class that he ran in Katoomba in 2010.

Shirley quickly became known for her ‘Shirley shots’ in the class, with her distinctive beautiful style and love for abstract photography.

Len and Shirley have been collaborating on abstract workshops over the last few years. It is fantastic that we are able to feature some of Shirley’s abstract work in the first issue of Len’s Journal. We also welcome Shirley to our team of writers for this newsletter.
