Quiet

I have been quiet lately. Walking most days. Getting excited that it may rain again and then it doesn’t.

Whilst enjoying the quiet am missing people. I ache to be teaching in the wilderness somewhere with a lovely group of people and the inspiration that Mother Nature brings and a group of artists that are focused on creating.

Dreams at the moment aren’t they. Just wishful dreams. Though it is looking promising here.

Despite my enthusiasm for some lovely colour work I have missed my monochrome madness. I have still work in monochrome and that is unlikely to change. Just a few of my works reverted back to colour for some fun. I will do some more.

Someone at Len’s Club asked why I create better work when I am with people? Have been thinking about that a lot. The answer is enough for an article I think. As I sit here still, writing, I am reminded how true it is.

I long for friends to photograph with again. May it be soon.
