Jodi Rose
Jodi Rose (formerly Jodi Wintz), ballerina, choreographer, teacher and adjudicator, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in every aspect of classical ballet. As a young dancer she was selected to perform with Stars of the Bolshoi Ballet and her career blossomed upon joining the Joffrey Ballet Company in New York.
Living in Australia since 1994, Jodi divides her time between teaching, writing and public speaking. After the passing of her husband, swimming legend Murray Rose, she became passionate about the area of end-of-life transitions. Her book, Journeys of the Heart – Carers’ Stories of Love, Loss and Transformation, was published in 2015. She is Ambassador for Palliative Care for St Vincent’s Hospital. She was also playwright for Sylph, which was performed in both Sydney and Italy, and is currently working on her first novel about the ballerina who pioneered dancing en pointe.

Len Metcalf
Len Metcalf began his obsession for photography in the late sixties when his father gifted him his first camera. Growing up in Australia’s spectacular Blue Mountains provided Len with an endless array of incredible scenes to capture. He particularly loves the light and mood of misty wet landscapes, abundant in that region. Len has become renowned as a leading photographic educator through teaching, mentoring and facilitating innovative workshops and tours. His exquisite photographs capture diverse Australian landscapes, from arid deserts and windswept coasts to his backyard in the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. He runs his own photography school, has exhibited widely and writes for photography journals around the world.
