Quiet

Woke up to the most beautiful quiet this morning. I could birds singing. So so peaceful. People staying inside in my street. So so quiet.

I wrote my last free weekly exercise last night. You can read it here https://www.lensschool.com/lens-weekly-photography-exercises/lsdex11iyzo8o1tmy6m98dcptohi5u

It is called ‘Just Start’. I believe that now is a fantastic time to turn to creativity for some of your daily mindfulness. That if you have some projects in the back of your mind, now is a great time to ‘Just Start’.

Starting is often the hardest thing to do mentally, but actually one of the easiest.

As an introvert I am going to be enjoying the quiet and the space. I have figured out that turning to teaching at this time is my way of putting myself into mindfulness. The intense focus it forces me into brings me great peace.

I am so excited about Len’s Club. The first members have joined. My first presentation is now live. It’s about the power of being positive. https://www.lensschool.com/blog/the-power-of-the-positive

Quiet. In amongst the chaos, fear, and horrendous events that unfold around us, we will find great peace in our forced quiet. Mother Nature will get a chance to recover without the constant barrage of pollution.

We, will also too… Recover… It’s been a tough few years… Droughts, fires, politics, climate change etc… the list goes on doesn’t it. Hopefully we will heal too…. We really do need some downtime to recover.

If you are creative in any way I recommend you turn to it. Make and create stuff. Find your mindfulness in doing. Remember to ‘Just Start’.
