Calm

We all need some calmness right now. I know I do.

Isn't it amazing how bodies of water can do that to us.

I love being near water. I should probably live near a large body of water as it’s apparently missing in my astrology. Water calms me. Perhaps that explains why I took so strongly to sailing and windsurfing as a teenager.

John, my cousin, and I nearly both bought Windsurfers last time we caught up, reminiscing about times when we were younger and would meet at balmoral for a sail. Such beautiful memories of skipping across the water at speed, pushed by the wind. ATM there’s no way I can see that happening. Let alone imagining it.

Today I think I will make some time to sit by some water to gain some of that calm it brings.

A thousand people died yesterday from the virus, which means, at the current rate, fifteen thousand will be dying a day on Monday week. The figure doubles every two and a half days. So that’s 100 thousand a day the week after. No wonder I am feeling stressed.

Calm Len, calm….

Yes, calm, we will get through this… Do what you can… Help others… Stop the spread… Let’s hope the governments take stronger actions to protect their people.

Yesterday Clair and I made a video to market Len’s Club. You can see it here.
