Last year Sharon Hickey from The Aperture Club asked me to enter and promote her photography competition. Well, it’s on again this year and she’s increased the prize pool to $5000, up from last years $3000.
One of my works was shortlisted and hung. She works closely with a bank to show the work.
A few of you went in last year, and we made a significant dent in her entry pool. So as she has reached out to me again I’d love to take the opportunity to promote what she’s doing again.
Sharon has been a friend for thirty seven years now. A very dear personal friend. We help each other’s photography schools. She is more into shorter offerings. We will hopefully do some things together in the future again
