Himba children

I love photographing people.  Yet, I don’t seem to do it enough.  I get so much peace from being in nature.  It calms me.  Photographing people is full of emotional highs and lows. For me it’s physically exhausting. I think being an empath means some people drain me.  

Travelling to far off lands and photographing people is a very special treat.  This road side village of Himba in Namibia was a highlight of the whole trip.  Next time I will devote more time to photographing the people.  It will be my main intent of the trip.
