How do you get to the state where your mind is a blank slate and you can truely listen to your inner self? How do you listen to instinct?  A question I believe you need to find the answer too.  This is because our rational logical minds take over all to readily.  It can take me over a year for me to understand the art I am creating today, if I am truely working from my inner self.  Letting go of logic is very important and getting to that state.  So to ask again, how do you get there?
