Adrian Beasley presents: High Impact Black & White Architecture - Why and How

Adrian Beasley’s talk will zero in on the key editing and printing issues relating to producing high quality, high impact prints, including tips for camera settings and for editing and developing your images to achieve this look. Adrian is an Adobe Certified Expert working extensively with digital imaging, Lightroom and Photoshop. He has been involved in teaching Photography for over 20 years and became a full time professional photographer in 2016. He provides training in photography, digital post processing and printing to groups and individuals in the UK and abroad. Paul Mitchell presents: The Spirit of Light

Paul Mitchell will present a pinhole-specific illustrated talk explaining the basic principles of pinhole photography and why he still uses one. The talk culminates in the planning and execution of his successful Fellowship panel, the first person to achieve this accolade with pinhole photography. Born in East Yorkshire, Paul’s interest in photography started in his teens with a simple 35mm rangefinder camera, gaining a more formal education in photography whilst studying Graphic Design at Art College. His subsequent career in Graphic Design has lasted some 40 years but never completely lost touch with photography. Over the last two decades his photography has gained momentum and now devotes most of his time lecturing and running photography workshops. Paul has had numerous exhibitions in the UK and has had articles and images published in many photography magazines. He is a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society, the current Chair of the Visual Art Panel and also sits on the Landscape Panel.
