Release
Len’s Club has been in existence for over a year now. One of the things that we like to do, in order to keep the members actively engaged in their photography and to have a bit of fun, is to set a weekly one word challenge. Each week we post a word for everyone to come up with an image of their interpretation of that word and to post their photograph in the members-only forum. The challenge works best when everyone rises to the challenge and creates a new image just for that word, rather than trawling through their back catalogue to find something that fits.
One such image is one posted for the ‘release’ challenge back in May last year by Isabel Hight. When posting the image she noted, ‘this multiple exposure releases the structures from their usual configuration’, and so it does. I love the colours, the negative space and all those little details to find as you gaze at the image.
Thank you Isabel, for sharing your work with us.
If you would like to see more of Isabel’s work you will just have to join Len’s Club as she doesn’t have a website.
