Broadway Art Cube Open
Len’s Art Cube at Broadway Shopping Center is now open. A tiny exhibition of mine thrown together at the last minute is open in for July. Each month a different artist will exhibit in this amazing cube. You can also see my gorgeous scarves too.
Hopefully when I return at the end of the month they will all have found new homes. The beautiful framed photographs and scarves that is.
It felt so good recycling the Kiama fit out to its new home. A huge job that took me days to complete. More plywood and alterations, to create two change rooms as well. It was also nice to clear away all those plywood walls at the side of our house here at Willoughby.
The art cube is available to rent too as an exhibition space in the heart of a major shopping centre. I am sure some of you will consider a mini exhibition there sometime in the future.
We are easy to find. Just look for the Chatterbox Markets right near the Apple store at Broadway. Level three.
I am booked in for November and will put together a show of my abstract colour work, to premiere at that exhibition. Might even do an opening event too.
Tash has done an amazing job with Chatterbox Markets. Worth a visit anytime. Giving small home based businesses an opportunity to sell in a professional space in major shopping centres. A worthy cause.
Today I start the Focused Lens Mentoring program. I am surprised by the take up of this program, so it will be the last one for a while. It’s not too late to join in, and I will take students pro rata into the program as it progresses.
Last night was a late one. My body is resting this morning. Recovering.
