“I sometimes think there is nothing so delightful as drawing."

Vincent van Gogh

It seems the daily emails failed for a week or two. I have been working on LenMetcalf.com and moved the blog thus destroying the link for the RSS feed and thus the automated emails. I hope when this post emails out it contains all the ones you missed over the past 14 days. If not, you may have to visit my website to catch up. http://lenmetcalf.com

Thank you Elizabeth for asking. I hadn’t noticed that emails had stopped.

Todays photography is apart of my exploring of drawing, painting and pen & ink in my work as influences and my past life. I used to love these mediums, and playing with them with the camera is becoming a new obsession. When I get some ones that look like pen and ink I will be sure to show you. Japanese influences and inspirations.

Pushing past the expectations of photography and exploring myself, the paper, the ink and the gesture. More to come… smiles

Day three of a monochrome workshop in Katoomba. Sitting at Sublime Point in Leura, drinking tea, warm sun, a morning of photographs. A day of teaching ahead. Lovely group of women as usual.
