Red tail black cockatoo at Newnes Plateau.  This photograph jumped off the back of my camera and stole my heart.  Each time I revisit it my love grows deeper.  I have learnt so much by contemplating its beauty.  All from a grab shot while panning.  Photograph copyright © Len Metcalf 2017
