    Ben, my preference is for the first one. The ”triangles” are already a prominant part of the foreground and don’t really need any enhancing, and the tight vertical crop on the second one leaves me longing for a bit more width to put the shot into context – my 2 cents. Regards, Geoff

      stunning image Geoff… I do love the black and white treatment, full of texture and beautiful tones.

      I would do something with the highlight that cuves between the bud and the stem… My eye gets caught here time and time again…

      Compositionally this is just stunning…
