Just checked out the Sony Nex-7 and the Olympus Om-D, cant decide which way to go, both very nice, both about the same price (with om-d grip – needed). sony has larger sensor, om-d has more lenses etc. Anyone else had a look at these too?

This link is to a direct comparison. The answer lies with the lenses rather than the camera. Which system has the lenses your after, sharpest optics… etc… I have put a fair bit of work into comparing these two, and I can’t find the glass I want in the Sony…[Read more]

Light light light… 1 month, 2 weeks agoIf you want to see some good examples, check out long time photographer Peter Solness’s work. I know severall photographers who have attended his workshops and have been enthralled. Some of his images are beautiful & captivating, however I find others (like tracing around Aboriginal art carvings) to be gimmicky. Check him out here:
